Terrible communication

The property was clean and steps away from the beach. Listed as having washer and dryer is true however they are coin op. No big juat say so in the listing. Communication with the company beach island vacations is a joke! There is nothing to clean floores with during your stay. We couldn't access gym even after asking for a code. Did i mention communication is terrible.

Vacance en famille

Superbe endroit directement sur la plage, nous revenions diner au condo plutôt que d’apporter un lunch à la plage..à notre arrivée, le condo était propree et la cuisine bien garnie, je vous conseille d’apporter des serviettes, linge à vaiselle, savon, sac de poubelle, essuies tout..comme indiqué dans l’annonce, le minimum est fournis mais en petite quantité pour dépanner. Nous aurions aimé avoir un ballet ou une balayeuse à notre disposition.. peut-être un petit oublie, sinon aucun commentaire négatif, bon service, et bonne accompagnement des propriétaires qui sont courtois et eapidement joignable. :)

We did not stay

My wife and I drove nine hours to find what we thought we were going to stay in an “oceanfront “ property and advertised as a “beautiful view” of the ocean and beach only to find the room was not as advertised on the Vrbo app. Falsely advertised! After several hours on the phone with a Vrbo representative and him telling us we had a satisfactory complaint when after he viewed the pictures we sent him. We did not spend a night in the property we simply left. The Vrbo agent could not get in touch with the property manager or the host or at least that’s what he told us. He also guaranteed us a full refund in 24 hours which have yet to receive two weeks later. Fortunately, we were able to find another location to stay with the oceanfront and beachfront views we looking for. We will never recommend using Vrbo again. Very disappointed with the customer service we received from them.

Dirty and broken

Kitchen smelled like rotten meat, oven drawer was dripping with grease and had greasy pans in it, toilet is broken, had to tap the float to get it to flush almost every time, shower sprayed everywhere until I tightened the head. VRBO customer service only offered to relay the message, make me jump thru hoops and asked me to provide proof that I paid in full. The host did not respond until the following morning, then only offered to give us all our money back and leave or a late check out. Offered no maintenance to remedy the issues. We drove 10 hours to get there, brought all our stuff in, and we did not have much of an option at that point. The location is nice as advertised and the furniture was comfy, unfortunately the level of careless incompetence and total lack of accountability overshadowed any positives

We had a awesome time! The host was amazing when we needed something they dropped what they could and brought what we needed! The condo was perfect couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the week at!
