Nice place, as long as...
...you don't have mobility issues or low tolerance for crowded (lines for) elevators, 1.5 block walk to parking garage, and a fair amount of kids around the grounds and pool, or (interior) if heights or asymmetry bothers you (this place is all corner angles) or if you need a well-stocked kitchen. If you can manage with poor cooking supplies (we ate out a lot) the kitchen was just enough space for a simple meal using the cooktop stove and full-size refrigerator. There is no blender or toaster, but the simple coffee maker was working just fine. We really enjoyed the 2 balconies with a full panoramic view of 1/4 beach and 3/4 city views, the well designed and modern updated style/decor. WARNING the beds are very soft and you'll have to have patience for the occasional weed smoke from other balconies (which is quite private -you can't see) and some loud music from the cars on the street below. We enjoyed this clean, simple and modern, well-priced condo. I personally enjoyed the few steps to the beach, the excellent staff, the view (once I got used to being so high) and the convenient boardwalk and stroll to restaurants and bars. Communication with the management company was simple, prompt, and helpful, and not too intrusive. The surrounding town is filled with many minigolf, shopping, restaurants (the tiki-bar on 8th street was great and the Brazil steak house was worth the money), amusement parks and things for families to do! Fun Place! Glad we stayed there!
