Quick weekend trip

Enjoyed our visit. The condo was exactly as described and very cozy. We enjoyed the screened in patio and walking around the water area. We were there for a short visit but would definitely rent this unit again.

The outside of the community and the buildings were very nice. It was a quiet place and we enjoyed the pool. However, there were several aspects I did not like when it came to the cleanliness of the inside.

Great spot for a family

First floor access was a dream! Walking around the lake in the back yard was perfect for this kids to play. Has the all basics for food preparation. Place was clean. TV’s in all the rooms made the kids happy.

Communication is KEY

Numerous attempts over 4 days made to reach property owner for early check in. No reply. Contacted Evolve, and they said they couldn’t help me. The microwave broke the very first day. I called to have it fixed. I was told someone would be over that day. Nobody ever showed up or called. We were without a microwave our entire stay. Extremely inconvenient. When we arrived, none of the throw rug carpets in both bathrooms and bedrooms had been vacuumed. There is not a vacuum in the unit so we could not vacuum them for our stay.

Awesome experience!

Close to the beach, but not walking distance. Suggestion: wake up early and go spend mornings sunrise until 9am on the beach. There aren't as many people, the heat is still there but not draining you, and parking is FREE until 9!! Community pool was great! The place was beautiful. We had an issue with the AC and called the number on the reservation and they jumped right on getting it fixed. The communication was OUTSTANDING. I'm extremely impressed with this place!! Our entire family had a blast! We had 10 people (4 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 5, 6, 7, and 8 year old and this was very well laid out for our party size! Watch for critters after dark (inside and out) but nothing that was a nuisance or anything. I highly recommend this place. Our family had an overdue, well needed pleasant vacation where we laughed and joked, and had a blast, and we thank this property so immensely for their contribution to our ability to get away!!
