The first-floor, 2 bedroom-2 bath unit is nicely decorated, has an open living area, beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony that is accessible from both the Master bedroom and living room. The condo sleeps 6 people with one queen, 1 full/double, 1 twin and a full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and is stocked with all your basic items to making cooking a breeze. The warm sand is just steps away, giving you more time to relax and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A Place at the Beach III provides guests with easy beach access, sparkling pools, picnic and grilling area and laundry facilities on site.
Additional features include three oversized TV's and free wi-fi. There is only ONE parking spaces per unit.
