"Great stay at Glitz. Owner and staff are amazing, super friendly and very attentive. The owner speaks very good English. Rooms are spacious, clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. The deluxe room with the balcony is very nice and we were upgraded by the owner for our 2-night stay. The included breakfast is the best we had in all of Turkey. "We had a great stay at Hotel Centro. The location is very convenient and near a lot of different restaurants and even the Marina. The rooms were comfortable and neat. We did have a few issues with the Wifi and air conditioning unit in the rooms but the staff were always extremely helpful and their kindness more than makes up for any small issues. "

"There were ants in the bathroom, furniture too old , some drawers were dirty with hair , linen and towels were very clean and crisp though. The hotel is old , really needs renovation and new furniture , but you get what you pay for . The receptionist and bell boy were great and accommodating . They also give you beach towels which was nice of them as well, parking is not an issue , there is no elevator since the hotel is old. So all in all, it is ok, but not great , had I payed a lot, I would have been upset."
"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything.
For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved.
On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare.
