"Exceptionally friendly and courteous and helpful clerk at the front desk Basic hotel with a necessary amenities and my room actually had a kitchen. Some decent restaurants next door, but it’s about a 40 minute walk or a five minute taxi ride to the waterfront. Overall a good budget option. There doesn’t seem to be any middle range properties here but there are lots of Western branded high-end resorts."

"The staff makes the experience better. Their recommendations, care and attention to detail met all of my needs including ones I hadn't even thought of."

"Citadines is the ideal place to stay when visiting Muscat. Miss. Muzna, at the front desk, provides the warmest welcome, in a professional manner. The one bedroom apartment is ample, well equipped, and spotless clean, daily. An amazing Breakfast is available, which provides an assortment of dishes and drinks."

"A very good hostel with a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. For me, it’s even better than a five-star hotel if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. The owner is a kind, well-educated person and also a writer. I truly enjoyed our conversations, which made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality."

"I had a pleasant stay at IntercityHotel Muscat. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location is also convenient for getting around Muscat. The only downside was that the rooms are a bit small and my room did not have a nice view. However, for a short stay, the comfort, cleanliness, and service made up for it. Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for a clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff at a...
