"The location of Cappadocia Cave Suite is great. From it terraces we were able to get an excellent view of the hot air balloons early in the morning without having to leave the hotel. (We were able to go back to bed after taking pictures of the sun rise and hot air balloons!) The hotel is located very close to a public viewing platform but patrons of the hotel can enjoy the view within the private property. There is a nice Turkish Restaurant called Nana on the property. Delicious morning breakfasts are served at Nana with great made to order egg dishes (Turkish or Western style). We also booked our Green and Red tours and the Dervish Ceremony with the tour company that the hotel recommend. All the staff at the hotel (particularly those at the reception office) were friendly and helpful and all spoke fluent English."

"I didn’t want to say anything at first because I booked this hotel last minute and I knew what I would expect. I think if I leave a review maybe if someone has a mold allergy or asthma they should be very careful. Bathroom has a black mold. As soon as we entered to the bathroom my husband’s eyes got red and sneezing all night. Another thing it was very loud. But good view for sure!"

"The service given by the staff was terrible, we booked a room for 5 guests and there were 4 beds, when asked for the additional bed a mattress was laid on the floor (the mattress sheets were dirty) on the second night when we asked for it to be fixed the attitude of the staff was quite bad, at the end they brought a bed base and clean sheets but it took a lot of effort from our part, the experience was not good."

"The king’s valley breakfast tour was a super perk included with our stay. The daily buffet breakfast was also fantastic. The staff was very knowledgeable of the area and spoke god English. I would definitely go back again. The Kelebek restaurants are super and highly recommended."

"Wonderful and affordable stay in Goreme! I especially loved that they work with Royal Balloon which made getting a hot air balloon ride super easy. I also loved the view of the balloons from the terrace. The staff was very attentive and accommodating! Highly recommend!"

"Property is amazing and very unique with partial hand carved cave rooms and well appointed! Due to side hill location many of the walk ways around the resort do come in front of your room and many times through your patio sitting area. Some rooms view are obstructed by the walk ways and location with in the resort taking away open views to the area below, but all in all a very unique and great experience that you will not forget!!!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Museum Hotel in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring toward our needs. Traveling with my mother, comfort and hospitality were especially important to us, and the team truly exceeded expectations in every way. The property itself is beautifully maintained and feels very special — every corner reflects attention to detail and care. The views overlooking Cappadocia are simply breathtaking, especially during sunrise when the balloons fill the sky. It was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. What impressed us most was the warmth of the people working there. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It made us feel not like guests, but truly taken care of. I honestly have only good things to say about Museum Hotel. Thank you for helping create such unforgettable memories for us in Cappadocia."

"I loved this property and I plan to revisit at every opportunity. The staff were amazing, the hotel smelled like heaven, the property was extremely clean and the convenience to town was great. The only thing I’d ask is that they add more options to the menu. Outside of that, this property was perfection!"
