"Room was kept clean, as was the rest of the building. Access to the restaurant and bar was great. The hotel itself was also nearby lots of other places that was nice for our stay, such as other restaurants, the bus stop, grocery store and the beach. It was a nice place to stay away from the busyness of Edinburgh, but still access the city through a 20-30 minute but ride. Only negative was the mattress wasn't in amazing condition"

"The check-in process was easy and headache free. The breakfast/ kitchen team were kind and helpful. Note that breakfast closes 30 min earlier on weekdays vs weekends (1030 vs 11). The room itself was spacious with clean linens. No mini fridge or way to call front desk though. No outlets in the bathrooms, you have to blow dry your hair in the main room and the dryer is fused into the wall. The light next to the mirror was not operational. The HDMI outlets did not work next to the TV. In...

When we arrived we were greeted by the owner and she was super kind and gave us lots of information on where we should go/recommended places to visit in the area. The room was very clean and very cozy! The breakfast was very fresh, delicious and is delivered right to the room in the morning. "The service by Lee at the premier inn was amazing, his attitude needs to run off in the restaurant staff. The service in the brewers Fayre is terrible. The staff were rude and abrupt, too busy on their phones."

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. Dining in all three restaurants was superb. We would definitely go back. The Falconry experience was amazing. Just be aware it is not run by the hotel but it is on or adjacent to the grounds. A two minute walk from the lobby."
