"Everything was really clean. I love that it was 24hour check in. So it was very convenient. Staff were very friendly, helpful and patient. And I have a very busy busy 7 year old. Pool was nice. Everything was clean. Good breakfast choices"
"Even though the staff were lovely people, the hotel was located in a sketchy part of town. We saw a high prostitute waiting for a pickup and a homeless guy going through the garbage at the front entrance. The carpet in our room was filthy. Luckily there were many bikers staying there and that may have discouraged any illegal activities from taking place. Linens were threadbare and I worried about reuse of sheets. Couldn't wait to leave."
"I had to wait to check in as staff were not at desk. When she arrived, she was helpful enough. The hallways were dark and a bit dingy. In the room, the shower gel was out and the carpet near the temperature control was wet. When I entered the room, there was a chemical smell. I was very surprised by the condition of the property since I expect Country Inn and Suites to be of higher quality - and the price was not cheap. Breakfast was OK. I would never recommend this place."
