"Extremely nice staff that spoke English. Parking available in secure gated lot on property. Room and pool were clean. The town of Bayeux was also very nice. "
"Summary: Just stay here. You will not regret it.
Details:
First, the hosts are fantastic. Gregory and Selma are always nearby but never in your way. They're friendly, accommodating and helpful.
We stayed on the top floor of the chapel. It was built hundreds of years ago, so is charming and unique. Bathroom and shower are good, there is plenty of space and the bed is very comfortable. It's also quiet, opening to a small private green space overlooking a courtyard.
Breakfast is included. You have a few options to choose from and good coffee to boot.
The location is central, right on the street where you will find the most restaurants and shops and only 12 minutes by foot to the train station.
I honestly can think of no constructive criticism or even suggestions for improvements. This really is a gem."
"This was a perfect place to visit the Normandy region. Very walkable location. Clean, comfortable, well equipped rooms and kind, helpful hosts. The breakfast is well worth it. We were full until dinner. "
"A lovely property featuring a main house built in 1790. Very convenient to the Bayeux train station and the commercial center.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful during check in. We stayed in the Bayeux room in the top floor. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and modern bath area.
Highly recommended and we would certainly stay here again. "
2/4 persons in the heart of Bayeux with small private garden
10/10 Excellent
"Communication: 5/5 Excellent communication.Lots of written material to help you navigate the area for things to do.Location: 5/5 (although the street in front is busy, the bedrooms are up and at the back so the street noise was not an issue for sleeping). Several shops and restaurants steps away. Cleanliness: 5/5 - spotless and well appointedAccommodation: 5/5 beds were comfortable. We were aware of the stairs and steps in pictures, however be mindful if you have mobility issues as they are narrow and steep. The little spot out back looked cute and cozy however we did not use it as we were rarely there other than to sleep. Natalie was an awesome host and we highly recommend her flat. "
