"The staff is very efficient. The hotel is clean, quite and comfortable. One thing to remember is when you get off the train line#1 , you need to cross the train track and walk backwards, go south, then go straight , you will see the hotel on your right hand side."

"Le design de tout l’hôtel est magnifique! Le mur végétal, les miroir très bien exploités pour agrandir certains espaces, la zone verrière, la terrasse extérieur…… et sans oublier le superbe Spa! Et que dire du mélange du bois naturel et du noir…. Simplement sublime."

"Helpful front desk. People on the room above ours were very noisy. Upon complaining to the front desk they immediately provided a different room, problem solved. Great job. Really nice hotel decor, lots and lots of wood work, unique. Breakfast was awful one of the best ever. rooms on the small side but no issue for 1 night. "Great room and very good breakfast"

"Would stay here again! Helpful staff. Great lounge with unlimited free coffee. Central location, walking distance to all major attractions. Clean rooms with many amenities. One of the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel! A lot of choices. Door lock was a little bit confusing."

"Very nice room and excellent breakfast with wide choice"

"Thank you"

"This hotel is truly a gem. The ambience is one of a kind and the staff were amazing. Photos on line do not give justice to the unique decoration and yet very modern amenities."

"Pros: very convenient to old town Bergen, spacious room, nice bathroom, nice fika and breakfast Cons: hot! dark rooms (very few lights), furniture is like cheap bargain college furniture except for a beautiful armoire"

"Excellent hotel. No frills but it didn't bother me. There's a lounge area to cook meals and chill. It has a coffee machine though not always working so a kettle would be useful. There is no staff, all is automated but very easy to follow. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to bryggen, shops and restaurants everywhere. Perfect for a short term stay."

"Very Clean! Lovely staff and room service. A great restaurant connected to it. Close to all the city attractions."
