"Very clean building! No microwave in double queen room but they have a frig. We couldn’t warm up one of our leftover pizzas from their own restaurant downstairs and my mom couldn’t make her oatmeal for her special diet. Frustrating! Other room suites have microwaves. Pool bartender ignored me one day while I sat at swim up bar. I asked to then close my tab from another employee after she helped 5 others that came after me. Inside bartender was very nice!"

"Fantastic all around and worked well for a group of 8 - 4 adults and 4 teens. We knew bring an extra air mattress for 1 teen with us because we knew (per the listing) there were 5 beds total and the teens are too big to share. I was initially worried about the 2 bathrooms, but was pleasantly surprised to see working sinks in some of the rooms, so that made morning getting much easier! The living space on the first floor is large and spacious, and the kids were delighted to see TVs in every room. We loved spending the evening on the front wrap-around porch, reading books or chatting. Kids loved the game room (obviously).The location itself is amazing and convenient - we walked everywhere but the water park - the grocery store was just steps away, and we were right behind the main "strip" so the kids loved being able to explore on foot! We were right by go cards, escape rooms, restaurants, etc. Connie was extremely easy to work with and was fast and clear with communication. She even dropped off some delicious bread for us.The only (minor) watchout is that we forgot to bring towels for the water park! A quick trip to WalMart resolved that, but be advised that you'll need to pack those - not a biggie.We loved it and would stay here again."

"When we first arrived, I was not very happy with parts of the house. There were multiple dead bugs in the basement, so most of my kids did not want to stay in the bedrooms down there. Unfortunately, that put a lot of us staying in the few rooms upstairs. There were also many live ants in the "theater" room downstairs, so the kids didn't want to watch movies down there or play the Xbox that was provided either. We noticed that most of the bugs were located near the door next to the bathroom (it was locked, but I'm assuming it was a storage room because the flooring looked unfinished from what I could see under the door). We tucked a towel under that door, hoping to stop most of the bugs, but I don't know if that helped. I realize this house is situated in a "woods" setting (which is very beautiful and peaceful), so I understand that some bugs/animals are to be expected. However, I was hoping that it would have been freshly cleaned when we arrived. Other than the bug situation, we were very happy with the rest of the house. Had we been able to use all of the rooms, the house would have had plenty of space! Having a washer and dryer at the house saved us from having to drag home wet swimsuits from the waterparks. The location of the house is wonderful! Everything we wanted to do in the Dells was less than 15 minutes away. Overall, we really liked the house, and the convenient location that was also away from all of the loud, touristy areas."

"The house is huge and perfect for a large family group. We had seven adults and it was very comfortable. The house is quite old but is also charming. Definitely quirky but that was part of the charm. We would definitely stay there again."
