After identifying a few minor discrepancies upon initial check-in, Jenell quickly resolved all concerns and elevated the experience even further with her attention to detail and customer service focus. The view was great, the amount of space for the price, and the central location to take advantage of everything Seattle and Tacoma had to offer was perfect. In addition, the on-site parking that is included with the unit is a huge advantage for this type of unit. We have had to park on the street at many other rental locations, so this unit having a parking area with dedicated spots was a great benefit.Again, special shout-out to Jenell for being an amazing communicator and exceptional performer. I will stay at this property again if we travel to the area in the future."

"I’m really not a complainer but… Everything was fine until we went to breakfast. They used the absolute flimsiest plastic ware and cheapest paper plates. There was NO breakfast meat— no bacon or sausage. There wasn’t even any powdered eggs! You could make a waffle, or pour meatless gravy over cold biscuits. "
