Comfort, cuteness and class! That's what you get in the recently renovated Pond Beach House in Garden City Beach, SC. This open and spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 10 with a king, 2 queens and 2 fulls/doubles. This home is located on Oyster Cove. Watch the sunrise and feel the ocean breeze from the swing on the covered back porch and then see the beautiful sunset while relaxing on the large front porch. Make the short walk to the beach or stay in and take a swim in the brand-new private pool. Rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Tie your boat up to the private floating dock or do a little fishing and crabbing right in your back yard. Equipped kitchen, large pantry, ceiling fans in each room, washer/dryer, WIFI, smart tv's, cable and more!

4 Bedrooms: 3 up and 1 down. 3 Baths: 2 up and 1 down. Beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 fulls/doubles up; and 1 queen down (Please note, there is NO INSIDE STAIRWAY!)

Game Time

We enjoyed our stay so much. House was perfect for us. We had college aged kids with us. They enjoyed the games and we loved the pool. Location is perfect to get to beach or anywhere else.

Awesome property!

We have stayed here a couple of times now. We love it! Love the accessibility of the canal. Swimming pool was too cold to swim in but still enjoyed sitting around it with our feet in it!

Great location

Classic older beach house. Nice job on the decor but the decks/porches are in need of repair. Porch rockers are old and couldn’t sit in. The grounds need some live but otherwise it was decent for the price.

On Golden Pond.

My husband and I have booked already for next year. This delightful house is equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation. The pool was spectacular and the house was like a old friend you've known forever, the views from the back porch watch a sunrise. The house decoration is exquisitely done. All I can say is that you can book this for a special getaway. The description does no justice , all I can say is I am extremely picky about houses and this went above and beyond.... we will see you in 2022!!

Great for us, a couple suggestions though

This house worked great for us. The outdoor stairs to the 4th bedroom was not a problem as we had great weather. The W/D was also on the driveway level in a separate closet. A little odd but not a big deal. The house was very nicely decorated and in great shape. The kitchen was very well appointed & very organized. The pool was great but really needs a railing. I took every step with my mom & MIL getting in & out. There was a nice breeze on the porch & near the pool. We rented a golf cart for beach days. We saw a cockroach on the first day in the lower bathroom. We were going to call if we saw more which we didn’t until the last day in 2 bathrooms. A bug service is needed. Lastly, all of the bathrooms are inside a bedroom. None of the baths open to the living room or kitchen. Odd but not a big problem. I would like to see a pool railing & the bug service. The other things aren’t ideal but not a big problem for us. Please keep the house in good condition. So many get very rundown. Thanks!!

Good House

Was a good house for what we needed price was excellent for the area the only thing did,nt like was the bedroom downstairs no access from inside the house have to go outside to get to it

Great stay on the water

This is a very comfortable home in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. We took our kayaks and enjoyed being able to paddle right off from the floating dock in the canal in the back yard. We got the laundry service, so everything with the house was turn key. The owners happened to be there installing a new dishwasher when we arrived and also gave us their numbers in case we had any problems during our stay. It is a little walk to the beach, so we rented a golf cart for the week, which I highly recommend. Overall awesome place to stay.
