Bland experience

Reception in the evening is very slow - felt short of staff. At the bar I have asked for a camomile tea they tried to charge me extra (you expect a tea to be complimentary especially as I had to wait 1 hr to get my room as the whole key system was down when I arrived at the evening to check in).

Price of luxury hotel ,amenities of budget hotel

The price we paid was too high for the amenities and facilities being provided ( don't get fooled by what shown in online portal). There was no hot water facilities in washroom considering its winter season. Even basic amenities like toiletries were missing and bedsheet wasn't change when we arrive as it was smelling bad.

Small, dark, and no air conditioning

The rooms are small, dark, and have no air conditioning. I found out later that only rooms on the 8th floor and above had air conditioning... The four star Rilano Hotel which is in the same building is much nicer for roughly the same price (changed to the Rilano for my last day).

could not get silent night and morning

Big noise by construction work from 8:00 am. it made big disturbing my business on-line meeting from my roo. Even without this construction, noise from other room and through room door was too loud to keep sleep in the night and early morning,

After checking in, they had my parents stay in tower one, which was mentioned to have AirConditioning. After arriving on our floor, the hallway was already hot as an oven. The room was the same. Turned the AC on and waited for hours to cool down. Didn’t work. Plus TV was broken as well. We went down and complaint about the AC. Then they said the AC for the whole tower was broken!! What!? They just said it had AC. So we asked for a room with AC and pointed us to this “newer” tower. It was working and decided to take it. But guess what… for extra cost of course…Watch out for their “upgrade” trick.

Schönes Hotel

Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Frühstück ist ausreichend, viel Auswahl und für jeden was dabei. Ein Punkt ist etwas schade und für das Rezeptions Personal sehr aufwändig wenn nicht sogar unübersichtlich, leider kann man seinen Anreise Tag nicht wie angegeben bei der App bis 24 Stunden vorher ändern. Der Kontakt über die App mit dem Hotel funktioniert nicht. Selbst wenn man direkt beim Hotel anruft, kann das Personal nichts mehr an den Daten machen. Zum Glück kam uns das Hotel dann vor Ort entgegen.

Zimmer war super, nur Empfang unfreundlich

Zimmer war super, nur der Empfang war schrecklich. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und in das erste hatten meine Freunde am Nachmittag eingecheckt. Ich kam am Abend für das zweite Zimmer zum Einchecken, jedoch wird uns gesagt, dass wir bereits eingecheckt seien (waren wir nicht und hatten auch keine Schlüsselkarte). Jedenfalls fand ich es unverschämt, dass die erste Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption uns nicht weiterhelfen konnte und dabei unfreundlich zu uns war. Nachdem die zweite Mitarbeiterin kam, hat es sich zwar geklärt, aber erst nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit. Wir bekamen dann den Schlüssel ohne eine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung, was meiner Meinung nach das Mindeste an Service ist, den man als Gast erwarten kann.

Es wurden 2 Zimmer gebucht. Beim Einchecken wurde zunächst gesagt, dass das zweite Zimmer nicht gefunden werden kann und nicht gebucht wurde. Irgendwann hat die Rezeptionistin scheinbar doch noch ein Zimmer gefunden. Nachts kam dann in das zweite Zimmer auf einmal zwei andere Gäste, die gerade eingecheckt haben und die gleiche Zimmerkarte bekommen haben. Am zweiten Tag war die Zimmerkarte dann auch noch gesperrt, sodass man nicht mehr ins Zimmer kam.

Schade… es könnte einfach besser sein!

Im Grunde spricht nichts gegen einen Aufenthalt. Allerdings war der Fernseher nicht steuerbar, so dass man diesen nur über den „Zug des Netzsteckers“ an und ausschalten konnte. Weder die Tasten noch die FB hatte funktioniert. So konnten keine Programme gewählt und die Lautstärke nicht gesteuert werden. Was aber letztlich den Ausschlag für diese eher schlechte Bewertung gibt ist folgendes: Die Vorlauftemperatur für das Warmwasser ist viel zu niedrig. Bedeutet zum einen, dass mit lauwarmen Wasser geduscht werden darf. Also Haare waschen wird schwierig. Wirklich schlimm dabei ist, dass es dadurch nicht auszuschliessen ist, dass sich Keime in der Leitung bilden und diese zu Krankheiten führen können. Und das geht überhaupt garnicht. Bei Mitteilung an die Rezeption, wie häufig ein schnödes „Tut uns leid“. Ansonsten Zimmer und Sauberkeit okay, aber dass ist ja wohl das Mindeste. Schade!

Im Zimmer ist es etwas hellhörig zum Gang und Nachbar zimmer. Die Lüftung typisch laut und frühstück ist wirklich zu teuer, in unmittelbarer fussläufiger nähe gibt es super bäcker. Die Rezeptionistin beim Check in war super nett. Beim Checkout eine andere leider nicht mehr so und generell haben wenig mitarbeiter gegrüßt wenn man sie antrifft.

Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr gut, sauber und schön. In unserem Hotelzimmer waren allerdings mehrere schwarze Kratzer/Striche an der Wand neben dem Bett. Daher 4 Sterne. Das kostenlose WLAN war auch sehr gut.
