Loved this quaint hotel and location! Our first time to Germany and loved location of this property - in a safe and quiet neighborhood, but close to great restaurants and the train station (Lehel Cafe for morning coffee was our favorite!!). Easy walk to English Garden and Marienplatz. Staff was great!
Only things you may want to know prior to booking: not all rooms have A/C (if any)...ours did not and while it was tolerable with windows open and provided fans, the high was only around 80 with cool nights...not sure it would be tolerable in summer! Second, you must be able to go up/down about 20 stairs minimum...even to get to the "elevator", which is tiny and in between floors...you actually have to climb about 30 stairs to get to "first floor", which is above reception. Again, no issue for us, but could be for others with strollers or mobility issues. We did not eat the breakfast, as it was not included and we are not morning eaters.
