Excellent basic hotel near the Central Station.

Fifth year in a row staying here and I’ve never been let down. Basic hotel but comfortable, warm, and the shower was excellent. And there’s a terrific coffee shop next door. Plan to stay here many more times.

Great stay and location in Munich

We had a fantastic stay at Creatif Hotel Elephant! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent for walking into the old part of town. The operators of the hotel were exceptionally helpful and provided great recommendations for places to go. The Augustiner Keller just down the street was a high point of the visit.

Good location near the central station. Cleaning was done every day and towels also were changed so I was able to stay comfortably. Staff was very kind and considerate. Breakfast was provided at a nearby hotel if requested. Extensive menu.

The major pluses are it is near to Munich Center Station, Lufthansa Express Bus, shopping, eating places and city center. The room is clean, but mattress is soft. The negatives are hotel does not have AC, have to open window, and streets below the room are busy and noisy until early morning hours. Fabulous and Comfortable Budget Hotel

Excellent budget hotel located by the Central Station with easy access to anywhere in Munich. Clean, comfortable, excellent staff. No frills but everything you could need and great value for the money. I’ve stayed here every year since pre-Covid and plan to stay many times again. And there’s a (relatively) new coffee shop under the hotel now that’s also highly recommended.

The property was a very short walk to the train station which was so convenient and not too far to get to a lot of main attractions in Munich! The staff was amazing and when we checked in the person at the desk gave us so many wonderful suggestions of things to do in and around Munich! The building is older but the room was nice and clean and perfect for two people! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Munich!

Location was great as we arrived to the bus station and left from the train station ( both a few blocks away from the hotel) . Also we rent a car and the pick up location was a block away. The area was not the great but 15 mins from munich center . Good and clean rooms

Great location for train station. Reception staff helpful. Free tea / coffee machine in reception until 9pm. Thought might be noisy with all taxis outside - but quiet overnight. Stayed 2nd floor midweek . 4 mins to train station. Plenty food outlets and bars nearby.

For a no-frills budget stay near the train station this hotel was fine. The bathroom was very clean. The furniture was worn but clean. The bedding was new and clean. My room smelled of something that might have been pest control; if so it worked because I had no uninvited guests. The hot water was HOT, so be careful.

The staff were very friendly and approachable, however upon arrival we noticed the room did smell a little damp and were worried that there were no fire alarms in the room. Also the room got very warm and a fan or air conditioning would have been greatly appreciated
