The good- Hostel is decently comfortable, amazing location, showers and laundry. Overall great stay. The bad- there's absolutely no staff to help you and it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. I booked one night and had to add another. I was hoping to just talk to staff and stay in the same room both nights. I couldn't find anyone, so we had to check out wait all day for our second room (which was late to be cleaned until 6pm). Little inconvenient when you have bags etc and want to explore.

Perfect location

Self-check in worked really well as we had late arrival. Room was comfortable and clean, although we did spot one bug scurrying across the floor once. Toilets clean and never had to wait (always a worry with shared bathroom!). Good water pressure in shower. Location is so good, couldn’t be more central! Quiet and love the inclusion of fridge, microwave and kettle - made up for it being shared bathroom.

The place was a nearby the underground station. It was clean, with basic facilities. However the worst experience was that somebody was doing a laundry after midnight. I was not able to sleep. The laundry room should be locked at night.

Nice place considering the price. Location is absolutely excellent, and check-in was easy with the info you get 5 mins before your check-in starts. Room was clean and had what we needed. Beds were very creaky and the mattress made you feel like you were laying in a sinkhole though. Fine for shorter stays, but I would not stay longer here if I wanted quality sleep. Bathrooms were fine, although sharing with others is always a gamble. They were clean and nice when I used them, but an hour later my cousin said someone had made a mess in one of the stalls that meant she had to use the mens room. Overall a good cheap stay if you don't need luxury :-)

There was absolutely no human contact. All correspondence was automated. Bad luck if you have questions. If you were lucky enough to get an answer its from a bot, and it wont make sense. There was one (1) shower between 17 rooms. When I went to use women's bathroom there were men in there, one using THE shower because the men's shower wasnt working. The toilets looked like they haven't cleaned for years. This is totally unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would. They dont deserve even 1 star

Location is great, (one blick from Marienplatz) got email with code for front door and room key lock box, no problems. BUT no toilet paper in the shared bathroom either day! And no room ventilation at all (window didn’t open and no AC) Most inexpesive around, but its a low grade hostel

I knew it wouldn't have much to offer but I was surprised that even some basic things like toilet paper, hooks for clothing or a counter for your toiletries in the shared bathrooms were missing. The mattresses were pretty crummy, too. The internet kept cutting out requiring re-entry of the login and password which was really a pain. I wish there was something between this kind of budget budget hotel and the overpriced options on the other end...

I am writing this to warn other travelers about the hygiene standards here. I ended up with over 30 bedbug bites during my one-week stay. Although the hotel relocated me and provided a 30% refund initially, the situation didn't improve as I kept finding new bites. When I contacted them again to discuss a full refund for the distress caused, they stopped responding entirely. The lack of professional communication was disappointing. Beyond the bedbugs, the general maintenance is poor. Hair in the shower facilities remained uncleaned for the entire week, which makes me doubt their cleaning protocols. Even if this place fits your budget, the lack of hygiene and the anxiety of sleeping in a bug-infested room are not worth it.

- Zimmer stinkt nach Zigaretten - Toiletten ohne Klopapier, ohne Seife - sehr laut durch sehr dünne Wände - Boden voller Staub und Fusel - Kühlschrank gibt es zwar aber dadurch dass er ausgesteckt ist bringt er somit auch nichts Absolut schrecklich

No existe el personal!! Es muy difícil coordinar la entrada y llegar a la habitación 🛏️. Terrible el wifi !! Todo es burocrático. Pongan un empleado !!

Die Lage war in der Nähe vom Marienplatz. Leider war die Innenausstattung sehr spartanisch. Keine Klimaanlage. Erst am letzten Tag sah ich einen Hinweis auf einen Ventilator.
