Important Note: This is a NO SMOKING property. E-cigarettes, vaping, and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited inside. An ashtray is provided outside, and guests must ensure outdoor smoking complies with fire restrictions. Please review and observe fire restrictions from the Pinewood Fire Department and Coconino County.

Pet Policy: One or two dogs may be permitted with prior approval and for a nominal fee (see Rental Agreement for restrictions).
