"The service was great the room was amazing , the only issue we had was that one of the elevators on two different days , got stuck for a few minutes , and another issue was the WiFi never worked , no matter how many times we tried to connect to the WiFi , no matter how long we waited to connect , the WiFi would never work , we had to use our data the whole trip , but besides those two things , the hotel and the room and the service was amazing and a great location"

"Amazing staff super sweet and accommodating! Also free laundry and drying you just need to provide your own detergent and dryer sheets. They have it to buy at the front desk. I highly reccomend and it’s close to the pier "

"Our room was disgusting- we had blood stains on our window curtain as well as our shower curtain and some unknown stain all over the couch. The a/c had a metal rattle sound all night The sink was clogged the hotel itself is nice but the dirtiness of our room made it an unpleasant stay "
