"Not as I expected and me saying that says a lot since I’m really laid back and not picky at all… I booked a king deluxe room in which I thought was a private room, which when I went inside, it was a connecting room! And a lock that only separated it! I literally could just open the door and my neighbor room is visible…. I was told they were at full capacity which I highly doubt it because I checked online to see if I could book a room the following day and I was staying there for three days.. second it was 2am and a strong food smell came from my neighbor room which I believe it was take out and I could here the TV loud and clear! again he was entitled to do whatever he wanted because it’s his room but due to the situation I was getting the short end of the stick, I called and ask to be moved and I was told no again and pretty much tell me too bad and I’m sorry… this went on for three days.. hotel needs some work and the paint from the roof was coming off in the bathroom… I stayed in this property back when I was the W and it was perfect but now it’s an bit torn down… needs some love. I don’t know if I will stay there again unless they offer me a suit upgrade… and if that still think about it "

"Two minutes to Wall Street. Lots of dining close by. Walked to system island ferry. Calms down in evening but still lots of action"

"Best place I have stayed in NYC. Subways are so easy and convenient to everything. Room was immaculate, roomy, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Eat in the restaurant, food is delicious and cheaper than many options around the hotel. Now, the best part, front desk folks. Always kind, informative, gracious and made the whole experience even better. I will not stay anywhere else in NYC, best value, location and people. A hidden gem! Wish I could go back soon for another week!"

"The stay was really good the hotel was nice and staff were great- restaurants I would say tho the waitress need to get it together- waiting to long and she forgot most of my order - other then that the rooms were clean- parking was an issue as well- and they shouldn’t make guess pay for parking if they are stayin- I stayed at a few and they never made the guess pay- "

"I was over charge $2000 it took two weeks to get the money back, but the hotel was great. Staff was great at night day. Staff was a little shaky, but I had a great time."

"Incredible location next to various train stops that get you all round the city. From here, we easily got to the Bronx (Yankee Stadium) and Citifield, and everywhere in between. Room was comfortable, housekeeping staff was so gracious. Was a little nervous about staying in FiDi since it has the reputation of being a ghost town after business hours, but that was not the case at all. Very happy with this hotel."
