"It needs lot of maintenance and cleaning. I think nobody take care of the rooms. There was no hand soap there. And everything was pretty much old and needs attention. I don't recommend this hotel."

"Waterton is a beautiful stop, and the Crandell looked good on the website. Turned out to be a VERY old building that was poorly maintained and beginning to fall apart. Would not stay there again."

"The experience and charm were amazing.
Every single staff member we encountered were engaging and very friendly.
The food was delicious for both dinner and breakfast.
The only issue we had was it was EXTREMELY hot in the dining room and lounge the day we were there.
Unfortunate that it does have an impact on the over all stay.
We will be back again… thanks everyone for a great time and a little bit of history!"
