"Location is absolutely amazing. Staff was friendly.
Room with 2 queen-sized beds was big and clean, with a large washroom. No kitchen, just a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine, placed one on each other, no kettle. Bedding was clean. Despite locating next to the road, it wasn't noisy inside the room.
On the second night all our clothes and bed sheets got wet during the night (windows were closed), so that was unexpected. Towels were changed the next day.
Plenty of parking on site. They mentioned to have a charging spot for electric cars, but actually it's just an outdoor socket without a cord. Luckily we found a free charging slots on a Brackley Beach parking (it wasn't on the Chargehub list) 3 min away from the hotel.
Breakfast offered muffins and pre-made coffee and hot water / tea bags, nothing else.
Hot tub didn't work during a summer long weekend, despite being announced at the desk. Pool didn't have any ladder / steps, also a surprise.
Resuming all the above, I would say, I liked our staying there, despite a few things, that didn't match expectations."
