"My sister and I were in town for an event and spent two nights here, the breakfast was great and also the evening snacks(enough for a meal) and drinks was very much appreciated! My sister had purchased a new blouse and had hung on the bathroom door to try to help with the wrinkles and needless to say, forgot about it! Called the hotel as soon as we returned home and they told her they had found it and would put it in the mail to send back to her that day!At no charge! Wow! She was so happy!Thank you Drury Inn of Wichita for going above and beyond❤️"

"The room was really nice and the bed was comfortable. We liked that it was a short walk to Intrust Arena. We were on the street side of the hotel, and it was very noisy almost all night with the traffic and loud vehicles. The Attached parking garage is owned by the city (we found out- no signage). We paid $20 (doubled from our last visit) to go in and park, only to find that we couldn't get in the hotel door to check into the hotel. We had to drive out, check into another door to the hotel, then reenter the parking garage and pay another $20. Hotel said they couldn't help us with the additional fees."
