"We had the superior room which was clean and comfortable with good views and clean bathroom. The location was excellent, very close to many tourist attractions, shopping areas and restaurants. Easy walking everywhere!"

"I had contacted hotel regarding early check in as we were arriving early from a cruise ship. After one response no further contact I even said I would pay for early check in if required. We did get in a bit early but only at nearly 2pm so a disappointment especially as about 10am we were told room currently being cleaned and it shouldn’t be too long!! We did get an extended check out by 2 hours so that was good. Good location very near train station although we didn’t use. Breakfast was ok didn’t eat evening meal there."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. We got there early and just wanted them to hold our bags and they let us check in hours early no problem since the room was available. I also had to make a change to the reservation because of an emergency and they were very accommodating. Excellent customer service Will definitely be back."

"Everything was so easy at the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. We had a triple room and there was sufficient space in the room. There were toiletries in the bathroom and a water fountain in the corridor. The area was very good and central for places to eat and close to the metro. We walked and enjoyed the beautiful area. We will definitely stay here again."
