Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin."

"New buildinf, clean room, wonderful neighborhood. One thing I'd suggest is, if you let room door close, it makes a big sound, waking up everyone in the room and other rooms. And shower tub is so slippery; it would be good to add something to prevent slippery."

"When I got to the property it was rush hour and it was off a busy street so I was unsure on how quiet it would be. But the next morning took the dogs for a walk and it’s actually a really cute and quiet neighborhood? Great for a morning walk. There’s restaurants and coffee shops all with a walk or short drive. Great location to get to all things Austin too. Nothing more than a 15 min drive. Property was clean and comfortable and having the fenced in space for the dogs was great."
