"The hotel is advertised as handicap accessible. My husband uses a wheelchair and couldn’t get in the hotel on the stairs. We had to find another place and the two nights we booked were nonrefundable. False advertising. Total disappointment! "

After contacting customer service, we were informed that a different location had been assigned to us and that the first address had been sent by mistake.
