"What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"

"We had an amazing stay! Checked in a little late in the afternoon and pool was closing, but they made an exception and allowed up to enjoy the pool. Drinks on the pool deck were amazing! The beach club was fabulous and food was great! We were treated like royalty! Truly impressed and will definitely visit again! Scalea has beautiful beaches and now one of our favorite spots! "

Note dolenti: letto matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli , stanza non insonorizzata e assenza di tapparelle per ridurre la luce nelle prime ore del mattino. Il tutto però è stato superato dalla gentilezza del personale e dalla colazione abbondante e veramente deliziosa, che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze. Consigliato!"

"Santavenere is a fabulously elegant property. The grounds were beyond compare. And the service was also impeccable. Our only issue was the availability of food after breakfast. The hotel has a pool restaurant that we used twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. Neither experiences was acceptable. We were the only guests both time. The restaurant at the hotel is highly rated but does not start serving until 8pm. We don’t eat that late. What added to the problem was the surrounding area which...

"Il villaggio è molto pulito e curato. Il personale accogliente..anche l’animazione è presente ma non invasiva.Tutto è a portata di mano..spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini personali,piscina,ristorante direttamente sul mare dove abbiamo cenato ottimamente e con la vista del tramonto sullo Stromboli .Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento l’abbiamo trovato pulitissimo ed è presente tutto.Siamo stati davvero benissimo,grazie a tutti voi"
