"Decided on this property as the price was more manageable than Banff town or Canmore. Cochrane is a cute, small town about 40 min from downtown Calgary and 1.5hrs from Banff/Cannmore. Property was clean and hosts were kind. Only downside is the sound bleed from upstairs—the patter of cats & noise from humans/vaccuums—likely unavoidable given construction of the house.
