The public rooms and sleeping rooms were gorgeous and clean, and the hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable We enjoyed cocktails in Le Bar and dinner in The Brasserie restaurant, both in the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"Have stayed here several times and the staff are always fantastic and the location is perfect. Would be nice to have more dining options for lunch and dinner as normally the area around Evian can be a little hard on dining options most places shut at times during the day"

"The property is immediately opposite Lausanne rail station and between the 2 metro stops. It is very quiet inside the hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a coffee maker in the room and a carafe for water. The shower is great. The staff are all very helpful, with ideas for places to visit and transport information "
