This hotel is in serious need of attention. There were dirty sheets laying in the hallway, the public bathroom was filthy, the rooms smelled and were not clean, the doors to the hotel were unlocked, the breakfast was unacceptable, the ice machine and jacuzzi were broken. I would never stay at this hotel again. Should be taken off the expedia list.

booked two rooms days before arrival, paid in advance. when we arrived at 9pm to check in, we were told that they over booked and they did not have our room. there were several people in line to before us and they were told the same. every hotel / motel in all surrounding areas were full. no vacancies anywhere.

My wife called at 8:30 pm on Sept 25th to ensure our reservation was valid. We arrived at 10:15 pm on Sept 25th and was told we did not have a reservation. I had the printed copy from Expedia. The receptionist lied and was untruthful. We got our money back and at midnight found another hotel. Stay away from this property!

Not the greatest. We tried to check-in at 3:43p and we told we couldn’t checkin until 4p or it would be an additional $20. The room was fine, but wasn’t stocked, had to go to the front desk for supplies. The hot breakfast was more like a less than adequate continental.

Staff was very accomodating by adding an extra night with no penalty. If I used Expedia I would have lost my deposit. Only one ice machine on facility and it was out of order. The hot tub was broken, the staff did not even know. Breakfast was minimal and very processed. Some of the bedding had burnt marks from cigarettes, some of the coffee creamers were moldy, the pool and laundry were in a whole different building the guest bathroom in the hallway had cleaning supplies and it, no garbage cans, anywhere and public places. Just overall very, very poorly managed.
