Very cute little hotel - older, but clean. Was not planning on staying in Monticello, but decided to forgo searching for an offroad site in the dark to camp in the rain/mud, and was very pleasantly surprised to find this sweet little affordable hotel at the last second on a Sat night. Will consider staying again, especially when Moab is too crazy.

Easy parking, staff were friendly, beds were comfortable and clean. Somehow the room smelled musty. Fortunately the window had a screen and was operable, so we let it air out. Price is affordable and the location is good for accessing Canyonlands National Park.
