"My kids had fun but overall we expected better. The staffing and service was poor and slow. A HUGE long waiting lin t check in with one person at front desk. Same for everything else. Water slide lines went slow and it was clear this was due to understaffing at the slides. All the eateries and cafe's seemed understaffed with huge waiting lines on what everyone knew was to be a busy week/weekend. Activities (high ropes course and arcade) and various eateries lacked signage so it was impossible to know when things opened. Signage was terrible at water park so you'd have no way to know what tube to take up what staircase to go on which slide. Our last day there, virtually all of the "pools" areas to play other than the big slides, were closed indefinitely so we did not get to enjoy 50% or more of the water park the last day, and no talk of partial refunds!"

"Hotel was dated but clean. Staff was friendly . The walls were thin, you could hear TV in next room. The connecting door to the next room was nailed shut and was unsightly. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. I don't know if was available 24 hours, but the coffee machine was on and accessible Everytime we checked."

"The hotel was very clean and modern, the staff was professional and friendly. They have lots of amenities -pool, gym, laundry access as free buffet breakfast. There is also a mini mall in walking distance to the hotel. "

"Great facility, excellent pool, but not enough seats. Air conditioner in the room was blowing 88F. No reaction from staff. Had to call everyone to get a replacement room. No overnight desk service. Found a hair in the food, disgusting. Parking is ok. No EV charger. Resort needs better management. "

"We booked this property as our 31st eve gate-away for 7 families (including kids and toddlers) and paid very hefty price for this below average property)This house is pretty much dated and old so it has a typical foul smell in all the units especially the one main ones where you have kitchen and living room.This property has 5 different units as rightly listed.We checked in around 4 pm on Dec 30th.To our surprise pathways were full of Black Ice (snow turned into ice) as snow was not removed at all from pathways, It was very slippery if you are walking from one unit to another. It was never cleared through out our check out despite several calls, messages to the Host (Shira). We had several accidents during our stay due to that. The water/drain pipe was frozen in one of the unit (2 bedrooms) and had no water so we were unable to use that. In another unit toilet flush was not working so that was also unusable. The response time is very poor & these issues were not resolved until check out. Nails protruding from doors and walls which is very risky especially if you have kids. Heater panels and controls were broken. Extremely poor lights in the bedrooms so at night it is almost dark in the bedrooms.we shared everything on email via photos/videos and asked for refund but no response from Host/Shira. "

"We rented this home for our family thanksgiving and everything was perfect. There is plenty of space, fun things to do in the house and nearby area, BBQs, seating areas, dining area and a fully-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed for our meal. Thank you to the hosts! "
