Beautifully and FULLY renovated, this 1925 historical home is in the heart of Capitol Heights. The property has been thoughtfully remodeled, preserving its original trim and architectural details that seamlessly blend old-world charm with modern comfort. The property features a fenced yard, providing a space for pets & children to play, along with covered parking on a new driveway! Throughout the home, you'll find a curated collection of antiques that harmoniously coexist with modern amenities.
We want you to enjoy your stay! It’s likely you won’t see me during your visit, which allows you more privacy and convenience.

The home offers versatile sleeping arrangements, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, two twin beds, a crib and an air mattress if needed. The home boasts a collection of mattresses that offer both supreme comfort and exceptional quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. An air mattress with advanced notice can be made available. Premium mattresses on all beds are brand new as of October 2023. Mattresses and pillows are fully protected, clean, and very comfortable, ensuring a good nights rest.
Additionally, the residence features large, beautiful windows adorned with window treatments, while the ceilings soar at over ten feet in height, adding to the overall grandeur and spaciousness of the property.
Imagine starting your day in the exquisite sunroom, where you can bask in the morning sunlight while sipping your coffee, a serene space that elevates your morning routine. Ceiling fans grace every bedroom room, providing a gentle, soothing breeze. Cozy blankets and extra pillows are thoughtfully provided for added warmth and relaxation.
There are two beautifully updated full bathrooms, featuring the luxury of plush bath towels and toiletries.
All spaces of the home are carefully cleaned, disinfected and inspected to the highest standard using a white glove service to be certain you are safe and comfortable.
The kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, elevating your culinary experience. Furthermore, this property is designed to accommodate up to 12 dinner guests, promising a memorable dining experience, though it should be noted that there is an additional fee for this convenience (with approval given in advance).
Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.
