"We had a great stay at the Hyatt Montevideo. The views are beautiful, and the hotel is very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety including hot options. We didn't use the amenities, but we really enjoyed the lounge downstairs. It was a lovely space, and the service there was excellent. Overall, a great experience!"

"Plusses: amazing location, very helpful and friendly personnel, sauna (needs 30 minutes heads up), good restaurant for dinner Negative: very outdated rooms, outlets available only under the table - nothing next to beds etc. (same for my coworker's room) - I had to request for an extension cord, gym is only 1 cables machine and few weights - not really a gym. No AC during their winter period - only central heat (no cooling option). I am not saying it's a bad hotel - just be aware what you are expecting."

"The location is great, the staff is helpful, and the amenities are good. They came daily to make our bed and freshen up the bathroom. However, they did not give us additional toilet paper when we ran low and there were no face towels for washing."
