Nestled in the highly sought-after community of Del Rey Oaks, this lovely 3BR home has been completely renovated and provides an expansive outdoor living space. Walk to the nearby park and wetlands preserve.

Monterey State Beach and popular attractions are a 5-minute drive.

The welcoming living area is outfitted with seating for the group, a gas fireplace, a smart TV, and a desk.

KITCHEN & DINING

The newly renovated kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space.

When it's time to dine, the table accommodates six.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed. Both bedrooms have patio access.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The outdoor haven features multiple areas to relax in the shade with a crisp beverage. Host an afternoon cookout and make use of the gas grill.

This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum occupancy is six guests and two vehicles. Fines and/or eviction are possible for violations.

Nestled in the Del Rey Oaks community, this home offers unbeatable access to the best of the area. Stroll to Canyon Del Rey Park and the Frog Pond Wetland Preserve.

For blissful days on the shore, Monterey State Beach is a 5-minute drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice house

The house was nice and in a good location. We drove to Pebble Beach, Cannery Row and 17 mile drive which were all about 15 minutes or less. The patio was really spacious and has ample seating.There were ants in the kitchen and primary restroom. There was ant spray under the sink which may indicate a common issue. Also, there weren’t large trash bags for the kitchen trash can (only small ones).

Perfect central coast home base

Clean, spacious property! Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Monterey. It was the perfect spot for excursions such as driving down to Big Sur, as well was Pinnacles NP, Carmel, and Monterey. Having games on hand made the evenings enjoyable for the family when we needed to unwind.

Well-designed home

The open floor plan worked well for the five of us. The hall bathroom and shower are beautiful! Contactless check-in and check-out are very efficient: there is a code to unlock the front door. The home was very clean and comfortable. Overall, a great stay.

Coastal Time

A very clean, well maintained house! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and front bathroom (just needed soap in the primary bath.) The backyard was an enjoyable spot to relax after our beach day with lots of chairs/tables. I would stay here again!

Lovely place to stay

Kitchen is surprisingly well stocked for a short term rental. We even found an immersion blender! Lovely home. Great backyard. Family loved coming back to such a nice place after day trips to Asilomar, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel and Santa Cruz. Would love to return.

Lovely home on a quiet street

We visited over 4th of July weekend. While there were fireworks in the distance, our street was quiet. The house is in a friendly, safe, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated being able to relax in the backyard. It was great to be able to run a load of laundry. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. We enjoyed dinner out at Tarpy’s.

Everything we needed and more. Home came with all the cooking utensils, cups, plates, refrigerator with filtered water and ice, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, stove/oven, and outside BBQ. Wish we would have stayed longer.

Relaxing weekend stay

We had a great time in Del Rey Oaks. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and convenient to the Frog Pond Nature Reserve for nice morning walks. We went to Carmel, Carmel Valley, and Pacific Grove and this location is about twenty minutes from all three. The house was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The backyard is fantastic for a late afternoon happy hour and the kitchen was large enough for a couple of people to be working at one time.

Comfortable-n-Convenient

Great place to chill and cook after a day of adventures. I had employees stay there with me for a training expo we attended at the Hyatt R. Easy to get to Monterey and Seaside. However, fireplace would not "turn on" from the remote and we could not have any local friends come over for a gathering since we maxed out at 6 persons. So not sure if I rent again.

Yikes

Anytime I went outside or even opened a window, the neighbor's dog would bark incessantly. The smell of dog waste wafted over, and that combined with the barking dog made enjoying the backyard impossible. The landscaping had not been watered and most of the yard was dying. There was no AC, only standing fans but opening a window just made the dog waste and the barking worse. I'd like a partial refund, please.
