Guest Count & Pricing

Providing an accurate guest count at the time of booking is essential to ensure correct pricing.

The base rate includes up to 5 guests. Each additional guest is $50 USD per person, per night. Your final total will be calculated based on your travel dates and the number of guests entered at booking.

Sweet Dreams Villa accommodates up to 20 guests, with 11 beds. Rates are structured to reflect the additional water, electricity, linen, and household usage associated with larger groups.

Airport Transportation

Enjoy a $100 USD airport transfer credit with your stay, applied as $50 USD each way for up to 5 guests.

For groups larger than 5, additional guests are $15 USD per person, per direction.

Early check-in is not available.

Would you like to stop for groceries, lunch, the beach, or another activity before check-in? Additional stops may be arranged directly with your driver for an extra fee.

Chef Service

Enhance your stay with our optional private chef service, available for an additional fee when reserved in advance.

Housekeeping

Optional housekeeping services are available during your stay for an additional fee.

Fresh towels are provided on the 3rd day of your stay.

Extended Stay Cleaning

To keep the villa fresh and comfortable during longer stays, scheduled cleaning is required for stays of 7 nights or more.

Each refresh includes fresh towels and bed linens, a bathroom and kitchen refresh, general tidying, sweeping, and mopping.

7-night stays — $150 USD: One mid-stay cleaning, typically scheduled on Day 3 or 4.
8–14-night stays — $250 USD: Two cleaning visits, scheduled approximately every 3–4 days.
Stays longer than 14 nights: A cleaning schedule and fee will be arranged based on the length of your stay.
Visitor Policy

For everyone's safety and in accordance with Spring Farm community rules, only registered guests may enter the property unless visitors have been approved in advance.

If you would like to have visitors during your stay, please send us their names through the VRBO messaging system for approval before arrival.

Visitors who remain on the property after 10:00 PM are considered overnight guests and are subject to a $50 USD per person, per night charge.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for everyone.

Please note that management may access the premises when reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety, emergencies, or property operations.
