Hotel staff was very polite and helpful, My friends and I loved our King Suite with Balcony, They really made my stay special for my birthday upon arrival I received a free bottle of Chardonnay and gift bag waiting on my when I entered my room. My stay was exceptional. I would stay here again."

"Very noisy from the street, even on the 40th floor, but it IS Times Square. Motorcycles revving throughout the night. Big room. Fast elevators. Kinda pricey but it was Labor Day weekend. Very conveniently located for subway and many shows, shopping"
