"The property is a charming historic hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely as well, though it was a bit chilly to use it. We enjoyed sitting beside it. Our room was well appointed though cosy. People who enjoy a spacious room would want to specify that when booking. The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner."

"Incredible property, and very warm and welcoming hosts!The villa itself was perfect, great bedrooms and kitchen/ living area, and the pool area was just right! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would recommend! Some beautiful towns nearby and easy access to shops and restaurants by car! "

"We had a really lovely stay at this property, very tranquil and very close to the beautiful bastide of Monpazier. The pool is very welcoming in the summer heat and the sunbeds provided are comfortable.The bedrooms could do with a bit more storage, maybe a couple of chests of drawers along with some mirrors.The hosts are onsite and friendly.There are a few more bastides locally including Villeréal and Belvès - the latter has a fab night market on a Wednesday, just remember to bring your own plates and cutlery! "

"The cottage is located in a quiet rural location a short drive away from monpazier. It is very well equipped and has a lovely private pool and I would recommend this cottage if you want a ‘get away from it all’"
