This manor house, located in the heart of the Marche region, is a historic residence that offers the best of the tranquility of the green hills, while being a short distance from the charming sandy beaches of the Adriatic. The farmhouse has been cleverly divided into six apartments, each equipped with modern comforts to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. Each unit is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling, fully equipped kitchens, windows with mosquito nets and Wi-Fi in all areas. In addition, each apartment has a private garden furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the surrounding landscape.

Guests can also enjoy an exclusive swimming pool with a 15-meter long pool, perfect for swimming or relaxing. The pool area is enriched by a spacious relaxation area, located on steps in the water, from which you can admire a splendid view of the Marche countryside, creating an atmosphere of total peace and harmony with nature.

Dieser Ort ist ein echter Geheimtipp! Die Villa ist geräumig und komfortabel und somit ideal für Familien. Wir haben den privaten Garten sehr genossen, und die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der nahegelegene Park des 1. Mai lädt zu einem entspannten Spaziergang ein. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis.

Wir verbrachten unsere Vormittage entspannt am Pool und genossen den spektakulären Blick auf die Hügel. Die Lage ist ideal, um die nahegelegenen Strände und Orte zu erkunden. Ich kann das Ristorante Gli Ulivi del Monte wärmstens empfehlen – es ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt und das Essen war fantastisch!
