"My stay at Etage was wonderful! The apartment was beautiful and clean. The views were spectacular. The front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful. My few issues, which were minor, A few of the drawers were broken and we could not close them, I did not have a remote to control the bedside lamps and could not use them and lastly the tv's/remote were confusing and difficult to use for my elderly parents and there were many issues with the cable connection making it difficult to even use the tv's. None of those issues would stop me from returning for another visit or recommending Etage to others. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience for my family."

"Loved the beautiful historic building! Staff were wonderful and so helpful! Units were very nice and roomy. Everything was very clean! Location was perfect to Strip District, downtown, DLL convention center, and even North Side if you don’t mind a walk. Check-in and parking were a bit of a problem but easily handled by front desk staff. GPS takes you to a paid parking lot beside the building and not into the actual entrance to the hotel. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby!! It’s amazing!"

"The guest room was beautiful, quirky/fun, and very clean! The restaurant/bar had good service and is really pretty, but the wine selection was terrible (no normal Pinot Grigio or Sauv. Blanc that wasn't dark yellow/oaky) and were very expensive $16-$18/glass. The food selection at the Commoner was very limited so we never ate there, but we did sit at the bar. The coffee service in the morning in the common area was very good. The social hour 5-6pm was nice, but again...poor choice of wines. Chardonnay should never be the only white offered. The front desk was extremely helpful and room service was good as well. Worst part - it took 50 minutes to get our car from the valet. Let them know at least an hour before you want your car!"

"This place is gorgeous! I stayed the night here with my adult daughter and we loved it! From the easy communication with the owner, to the beautifully done design and decor, the most comfortable mattress and amazing views of our home city, this place is truly a chefs kiss. I will most definitely be booking this place when we come home to visit our family in the future. Thank you Chad for an amazing experience!"
