"Until my stay here, I have never felt as valued or as important as a hotel customer. The staff are professional but down to earth. I wasnt spoken to well, out of obligation, but out of a sincere friendly desire to be helpful. The room was gorgeous. Bathroom was large and spotless. Despite looking down on the city by the opera house, we werent disturbed by noise. Looking to come back with friends and family in future. I had a lovely time, and I cant thank the staff enough"

"The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My only issue came at breakfast, no full breakfast available, just small bites and a continental style buffet. While it was tasty, a 2 bite sausage roll doesn't really make for a filling breakfast."
