"I had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room. The room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed using the outdoor balcony. The included sauna and steam room are a fun place to relax in the evening. The swimming pool is a pleasure to use as is the hot tub where it is mandatory to be naked. The included breakfast was delicious. "Location is very good. Center of Phnom Penh. So easy to use Grab. And breakfast also quite nice. Well known problem is, NOISE. Mall side, day to evening time (till 20:00) music noise, street side all day car noise due to the window frame and glasses' quality. Swimming pool and gym are very clean and nice as there's almost no users. Most guests are business or sports players I guess. "
