"The check-in was easy and we were given very detailed instructions including the parking location. For us the distance to walk for the parking was not an issue, but be aware that it is a bit away. The room was beautiful! We had a corner room on the top floor. We both gasped when we first opened the door and saw the incredible view of the old bridge and the river! It was stunning! Room was large with an extremely comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We did get the buffet breakfast and were surprised it had scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon as we are Americans but knew German breakfast usually only had boiled eggs. It was a nice surprise. There were lots of other more German items on the buffet as well which were delicious. We would love to stay here again when we have more than one night to spend in Heidelberg! Thank you for such a beautiful experience!"

"Great immaculately clean and very well maintained hotel/apartments. You can catch a bus or a tram from the location into the city but we chose to walk. I’d say it’s about a 25 minute walk but it’s a nice easy walk through a good area with plenty of places to stop on the way. The staff on reception were great and very friendly and helpful. We’d have no hesitation on stopping again if we visit Heidelberg."
