Unit Layout

You will find a spacious and bright 4-room penthouse on the 5th floor with a south-facing position. The comfortable and beautifully furnished living/dining room features a panoramic window, television (flat screen), radio, CD-player, hi-fi system, and electric shutters, leading to the terrace. There is one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and access to the terrace. Another room has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/WC. The third room contains a bed (100 cm, length 200 cm). The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower/WC, separate WC, and a bath/shower/WC.

The penthouse is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Air conditioning and electric heating are provided for your convenience. You will have access to a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your laundry needs. Complimentary WiFi internet is available throughout the property.
