"Beautiful hotel in the perfect location for seeing Fukuoka and the surrounding sights. The breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. Room cleaning options were generous. The staff was extremely helpful. Recommend!"

"Excellent location. Direct access to metro and shops. Major shops and eating places accessible via sheltered underground. Parco. Mitsukoshi Etc. Easy to travel to other locations. Nice quiet hotel. Clean. Nice coffee. Room cleaning service is alternate days unless you request more. But they give you new towels and room amenities every day. "

"The bathroom faucet had broken hot water so all you could get was cold. I had to leave for the airport early, before breakfast time, so there was no coffee available. Other less high star rated places I’ve stayed in had a keurig in the room and an nespresso machine or something self-serving in the lobby. Not this place. All they had was a water boiler and powdered instant in the room. Not at all what I would have expected from a place like this. Hot coffee in the morning for guests does not seem like too much to ask. "

"The room was small and you couldn’t cook. They turned off the stove so you can’t heat up food but you have a fridge so it’s a plus I guess. Trying to check in was confusing but eventually you’ll figure it out. Contacting the owner was difficult. "

"Comfortable accomodation for 2. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable (a little on the softer side). We could easily prepare breakfast in the morning with the small kitchen as well. The bus stop is very close by, as is a large 7-11. And we were also able to rent bikes for the day from this accomodation, which we really enjoyed! Check-in worked exactly as described. Recommended!"
