Villa "La Gabbianella" Overview in Moltrasio, Como

Villa la Gabbianella is divided into two main sections. The main building—the most elegant part—occupies the first two floors and includes the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (sleeping a total of 4 guests), and two bathrooms. Every room here is air-conditioned. The lower section is a detached annex that offers maximum privacy since it is separate from the main building—it is made available when there are more than 4 guests or upon specific request. There is no air conditioning here. The guesthouse offers 4 additional sleeping spots: two on a comfortable double sofa bed and two more on a bunk bed.

The hot tub is not heated. The hot tub will not be available for use during the winter months from October through April.

The villa is not accessible to people with disabilities.

A covered parking space in a garage just a short walk from the villa is available for the exclusive use of guests; it can accommodate one and only one car. Guests are responsible for finding parking for any other vehicles they may have.
