"We booked here for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding and had a wonderful stay. Finch Cottage is great - there is so much thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. It has a well-stocked kitchen and Jilly had left delicious homemade marmalade and muesli which we were very grateful for, not to mention the bottles of wine and a local ale! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and everything is really well considered. It has a lovely fireplace with more than ample wood...

The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."

"Very clean and well kept lake and accommodation. Great set up and not overlooked or overcrowded like other places. Regular updates on day of arrival, Friendly staff. Hot tub was set up ready for arrival. Fishing wasn’t too bad, no big fish but plenty of small stuff to keep busy if you can find a non weedy spot."

"4 adults, 2 infants and a baby. Great size accommodation, but the stairs aren’t the most child friendly (bare that in mind and maybe take a stair gate). We did find it extremely warm OR freezing if we turned the heating down, hard to get the right temperature. Bathrooms could do with a little more through cleaning but overall a lovely property, and great location. "

"Heath Farm is a beautiful spot in the heart of the Cotswolds, approximately 6miles from Chipping-Norton. My wife and I were greeted by Brian who helped us with our luggage from the car park to Hazel-Nut cottage. Being the wrong side of seventy was very much appreciated. Brian gave us a very comprehensive brief of the layout and amenities, also a very detailed joining folder which we used considerably very useful for our successful stay at the cottage. I would certainly recommend this family run...
