"The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the S & U Bahn station Berliner Tor which makes it ideal should you arrive into Hamburg by air. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and very modern. There’s a bar on the ground floor and a nice restaurant in the hotel. The staff are very helpful, polite and professional. Highly recommended."

"This place was a little harder to find and parking wasn't as easy until you checked in and learned where the garage was. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Once we learned where the garage was and parked our car, it connects to the hotel and easy to get back to your room. The hotel is conveniently located near dining and shopping. Hamburg is a big biking town, so you had to keep your eyes out for cyclists wherever you went."
