There was no welcome drink and not even complimentary bottled water in the room, which is usually a basic standard. The mattress was not comfortable, and essential items such as toothbrushes, slippers, and tissues were not provided. Overall, the experience did not match the price or the 4-star rating. We expected much better service and attention to detail."
