"No nos contestaban a ningún mensaje días antes de ir, avisamos a través de esta aplicación y a vosotros tampoco os contestaban . Llegamos al lugar y parecía que estaba cerrado. Subimos y la habitación no era la reservada y el baño estaba sucio a pesar de hacer el cheking nos fuimos a Toledo. Pusimos la reclamación con vosotros y nos buscamos otro alojamiento. Solicitamos la devolución integra de la reserva pagada con antelación "

"Me dejó un sabor agridulce que no estuviese abierto el bar de la piscina ya que por email me dijeron que le estaban poniendo a punto para este fin de semana que estuve. Y, ya que no está abierto, prevenir en el bar que tengan vasos de plástico para llevar al césped. Ya que cuando fui a pedir un par de cervezas me dijo la camarera que solo se puede llevar agua o café, porque los vasos de plástico están en el chiringuito de la piscina… un poco sabor agridulce.. por lo demás bien"

The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size. "This Parador has a view of Toledo to behold. Perched on a hill from across the city, one gets breathtaking vistas. The restaurant and terrace attract lots of visitors. Ask for a room in one of the wings as our room was right above the restaurant and terrace. While spacious with a view of the city, the dining conversations below our window and the lack of privacy impeded what would have been a very nice stay."

Hotel staffs told me to turn-on and wait for 3-5 minutes for proper working condition but the unit blows hot air and bad order all together. I wanted the open the window for fresh air but bug screen was not installed. Plus, no refrigerator in the room. The water pressure was not adequate and lukewarm.
